-Please note: cakes, cupcakes and decorations are only allowed for scheduled parties

- Unlimited playtime is included during business hours and after your room time ends. Please note that sometimes we can close as early as 5:00pm for private events. We update our hours on social media pages. Your party room time will not be affected. 

- Final kids count and pizza order can be updated up to 24 hours before the party! Party packages can not be changed on the day of the event. 

- A non-refundable $100 reservation fee is required to book. You may have an option to reschedule (atleast 2 weeks before the party date) but deposit is non-refundable 

- Pizza and drinks are available to add on 

- $75 fee for any other outside food  

- Please, no ice cream cakes. We cannot store anything in our freezer 

- Please, no noise makers, pinatas, whistles, party horns etc in the party rooms

-No glitter or confetti please

- Please remember to bring socks. If you forget, they can be purchased for $3.25 

- Unless you book a private party, please note that there might be other children, or another party going on during your scheduled party 

- Late fee may be added on to your party if you do not leave the room on time
