LET'S PARTY!

• We are a SHOE-FREE facility, this applies to EVERYONE!
• Party Packages are NON REFUNABLE 
• Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. 
• $20 for each add'l child and $5.00 for each add'l adult
• Party Packages are 2 hours: You will have access to the party room for the first 1hour 30min.  The last 30min is continuation of playtime in playground 
• NOTE: If we are NOT at Capacity/private event, playtime can continue after celebration.
• Outside food/drinks is allowed for add'l charge of $150 [PLUS TAX]. Popcorn & ice cream, and alcoholic beverages of any kind are NOT permitted in the facility.
• We provide ONLY 1 birthday theme backdrop per party package.
• Pinatas and Confetti are NOT permitted in the facility.
• 1 Thrown chair for birthday girl/boy
• We provide 3 large pizzas to feed 10/20 kids; Pizza options; Cheese or pepperoni 
• Extra pizza, 1 large pepperoni or cheese $17 each box 
• Provide juice pouches for each child
• Complimentary plates, utensils, tablecloths, napkins & theme photo backdrop 
• We do NOT offer custom/theme plates and napkins. However, there will be solid color plates that matches the theme of your party
• BRING A CAKE, IT'S A PARTY! Don't forget birthday candles/plastic Knife. 
• Outside decoration is allowed HOWEVER, set-up and cleaning MUST be within party time, YOU WILL BE CHARGED if otherwise. (We do NOT set up your personal decor, this is your responsibility)
• We do NOT customize balloon garlands, we make garlands based on the selected theme. You are welcome to bring your own balloons but not required.  Should you choose to bring your own balloons, we accept 12inc balloons ( 120 ballons) 
• We provide the backdrop of the theme based on the booking details provided during booking however, if you want a specific backdrop or customized backdrop, you will have to provide it. We recommend dropping off at least 5 days prior to your party.
• Reschedule request must be done via email with name and number on the current booking ( kidz.playon@gmail.com)  at least 2 weeks to party date. Keep in mind reschedule is based on availability. 
• ***BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY, AT THE START OF YOUR PARTY
• DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE; HOWEVER, WE ARE WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGE OF DATE/TIME IF AVAILABLE. ***WE NEED AT LEAST a WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE A PARTY.   
• LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO PARTIES THAT GO BEYOND THE RESERVED TIME STARTING AT $100. ALL GUESTS MUST BE OUT OF THE PARTY ROOM TO AVOID A LATE FEE***

We are a Kids indoor facility; the use of profanity/swearing/cussing/bad language is NOT permitted. You will be banned from the facility if this rule is not followed.

If you are hosting a Party, it is your responsibility to communicate expectations to your guests.  If a guest breaks this rule, your party will be discontinued immediately without a refund.
